Strawberries

Tasty berries have more vitamin C rather than lemon and grapefruit.

They prevent from anaemia. In addition they improve metabolism. What is more, they contain a lot of calcium, phosphorus, microelements and macroelements. Strawberries protect our liver, kidneys and intestines.

  • Keep frozen until ready to use
  • Never refreeze thawed product

Preparation:

Frozen mixture put into a pot with a small amount of salted boiling hot water. Simmer until vegetables become tender and then strain them off. After cooling them down add some mayonnaise, chopped parsley and other additives to taste. Mix all the ingredients.
